Comics are collectibles which give the player gameplay benefits. Each comic in a set adds a small gameplay buff that boosts one or more Hero Stats. Collecting duplicates of the same comic increases the stat bonuses. Comics often come in series, and set progress is tracked on the Collections tab of the codex. At release, there were ten different sets to complete. Four more sets were added alongside operations, such as Taking AIM and Future Imperfect.
Tier Ranking[]
To increase the tier ranking of comics a certain number of duplicates must be found. Tier 1 is the starting point after you have found the comic for the first time.
- Tier 1 - 1
- Tier 2 - 5 duplicates
- Tier 3 - 10 duplicates
- Tier 4 - 25 duplicates
- Tier 5 - 100 duplicates
